Soumya did his bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently serves as Associate Professor at the Institute of Service Science at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He served in Editor Advisory Boards of Information and Management Journal, Journal of Applied Structural Equation Modelling, and Industrial Management & Data Systems.

He has dozens of working papers, research papers, and a book chapter to his name. He has won numerous awards for his teaching and research engagements and is a sought-after speaker. He has worked in numerous industrial partnership programs and have won many grants.

He recently completed his visiting scholar program at the School of Information at the University of California-Berkeley.

We will be discussing his work on PLS predictions as well as other complex research on predictive analytics and its implications.
